In the fast-paced world of technology, where innovation knows no bounds, it is essential to shine a spotlight on the exceptional women who are shaping the industry and driving it forward.

Could you briefly introduce yourself, tell us about your background, and how you ended up here?
Having recently completed a Master’s degree in digital strategy, I discovered the world of advertising after several years of work-study placements in various sectors, such as hospitality and insurance. Having long been drawn to the advertising industry, I had the opportunity to gain practical experience in it during my final year of study, whilst working as a work-study student at Weborama.

What is your role at Weborama and what are your responsibilities?

I am a graphic and motion designer in Weborama’s Studio team. My role involves bringing projects to life by working closely with clients, as well as with the Sales and Traffic teams. From initial design through to final delivery, I ensure that every campaign is aligned with the agreed expectations and objectives.

Could you tell us about an achievement or project you’re particularly proud of since joining the company?

I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of diverse and rewarding projects. The most recent, and undoubtedly the most memorable, is the Olympic Games project, for which we had the chance to develop several innovative advertising formats.

What skills or qualities do you think women bring to the tech sector, and how does this strengthen the team at Weborama?

Women bring a variety of perspectives to the table. Their sensitivity and ability to forge strong bonds enhance the quality of our relationships with clients.

How do you view the importance of diversity and the representation of women in the tech sector, and how is this reflected at Weborama?

Diversity, particularly the representation of women, is a key issue in the tech sector. Beyond being a matter of fairness, it is a real driver of innovation and performance. At Weborama, we firmly believe that diverse teams foster creativity and are better equipped to meet the expectations of an increasingly diverse audience.

What advice would you give to young women who want to pursue a career in tech, particularly at Weborama?
I would advise young women looking to break into the tech industry to seize this opportunity with determination! It is essential to develop key skills such as logical thinking, problem-solving and curiosity.

Could you tell us about a woman in the tech industry who inspires you, and how her journey has influenced your own career?

Ada Lovelace is a major source of inspiration for me. Her story shows that women have always had a place in the tech world, even though they have often been overlooked. She was not only a brilliant mathematician, but also a creative visionary. Her story reminds me of the importance of diversity and inclusion in this sector.

Join us on this journey as we celebrate the achievements, ambitions and exceptional contributions of the women who are helping to shape the future of tech at Weborama. ‘She Innovates: Women of Weborama’ is not just an article; it is a tribute to the people who are pushing boundaries, breaking stereotypes and inspiring the next generation of women in technology.
