Our ecosystem grew stronger with the integration of Adways. This strategic acquisition added innovative video formats and interactive creative capabilities to Weborama’s data-driven offerings, enhancing engagement across the entire marketing funnel.
Weborama launched a dedicated activation solution to reconcile high performance with user privacy. By leveraging advanced Semantic AI, the solution delivers relevance and personalisation without relying on intrusive tracking mechanisms.
Anticipating a privacy-first world, Weborama created its massive semantic contextual database. This technology analyses the actual meaning of web content in real-time, allowing for precise targeting based on what users are reading rather than just their past behavior.
Weborama pioneered the hybrid platform concept with WAM, a tool that functions as both a DMP and a CDP. By reconciling CRM relational intelligence with media reach, it allowed brands to build a unique, 360-degree view of their customers.
The introduction of WCM provided a high-performance, sovereign Adserver designed for total control. It offered an independent alternative to "Walled Gardens," ensuring advertisers retained full ownership of their data and neutral measurement.
Continuing our momentum in Southern Europe, we opened our office in Portugal. This expansion allowed us to provide dedicated local support and expertise to Portuguese advertisers and agencies, further strengthening our European network.
In 2010, Weborama accelerated its European growth by acquiring Adrime. This strategic move integrated advanced Rich Media capabilities into the offer and solidified the company’s presence in the Netherlands and Italy, providing advertisers with more creative and engaging ways to reach their audiences across the continent.
Weborama reached a new turning point with the launch of its behavioral database. By analysing user actions and interests, the company enabled advertisers to move beyond simple placement toward highly targeted, audience-centric strategies.
Capitalising on its success in France, Weborama began its international journey by opening operations in Spain. This move signaled the company’s ambition to become the leading European player in data marketing.
Marking its first major technological leap, Weborama launched its first proprietary Ad Server. This innovation provided the market with a sovereign tool to manage, deliver, and measure multi-screen advertising campaigns with total transparency.
