<p>Frédéric Grelier is joining the <b>Weborama</b> team as Director of Data.</p>
<p>“<i>Inviting Frédéric Grelier to join the Data team led by Arnaud Caplier,</i> <i>confirms <b>Weborama</b>’s commitment to rapidly expanding its range of DATA products and services in France and abroad”, says</i> Alain Levy, CEO of <b>Weborama</b>.<i></i></p>
<p>In his 20-year career, Frédéric Grelier has become well-known for his data expertise.</p>
<p>Frédéric Grelier started his career as Data analyst with GMF. He then moved to the Institut IRI where he developed econometric methodologies for measuring the impact of marketing and advertising initiatives. He then took up the position of Datamining and Geo-marketing Director for Claritas, later acquired by Acxiom, a global leader in technology and marketing services.</p>
<p>Responsible for developing segmentations, scorings and client knowledge analyses, Frédéric Grelier continued his career with Acxiom by contributing to the company’s digital development in Europe. He went on to become  Director of Marketing for France.</p>
<p>Combining professional expertise and theory, Frédéric Grelier has also lectured for various university Masters programmes in the fields of statistical methods and qualitative analysis.</p>
<p>Grelier joins Weborama with immediate effect.</p>

<p>The consolidated revenue of <b>Weborama for the 2012 financial year stood at </b><br /> <b>€ 24.268 M</b><b>,</b> against <b>€ </b><b>22.431 M</b> for the same period in 2011, an increase of <b>8%.</b> Organic growth over the year stood at <b>5%</b>.</p>
<p>Consolidated operating results stood at <b>3.298 K€ (-20%).</b></p>
<p>International development continues to rise steeply with international sales currently representing <b>44% of consolidated revenue. </b>The launch of operations in Russia is particularly promising given the initial success of <b>Weborama Campaign Manager</b> with such advertisers as Nestlé and Mars. <b>Weborama</b> managed its first campaigns in the Ukraine from Moscow.</p>
<p>An operating margin of <b>13.6% </b>was recorded<b>,</b> against <b>18.3%</b> in 2011. <b>Weborama</b> continued to invest in R&amp;D (France, Holland), as well on the commercial level (international). The growth recorded in 2012, penalised by a particularly troubled French market, proved to be insufficient in absorbing the impact of new recruitments, leaving the operating margin to decrease. The net margin (consolidated companies) remains strong at 14%.</p>
<p>Investments were stepped up over the course of the year. In all, <b>Weborama</b> invested € 5.1 M:</p>
<p>-      <b>Investments in</b> <b>R &amp; D and infrastructure </b>rose by 23%</p>
<p>-      <b>Weborama</b> <b>acquired Datvantage</b>, a French data management company</p>
<p>-      <b>Weborama</b> <b>acquired a 51% stake in the Russian company Interactive Services</b>, specialised in mobile marketing services.</p>
<p>These investments contribute to <b>Weborama’s </b>competitive edge just as the data market is undergoing dynamic growth:</p>
