Software Engineer
Job Description
As a developer you are a strong element in the team. You will be in charge of the following roles:
- Design and build hosted back-end applications.
- Being part of all phases in a project, from scope and functional requirements definition to solution deployment (design, implementation, testing and documentation).
- Follwing up technical evolutions and being part of new concept validations.
- Contribution to the conception of new methods for storing, handling and computing Big Data in highly scalable environment with high-performance constraints.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in software engineering in a open source environement.
- You’re familiar with SQL, and fluent in at least one dynamic language.
- You have good knowledge of the object-oriented programming principles and you care about code quality (unit testing, continuous integration and coding guildelines).
- Mastering the Perl language and all the “Modern Perl” principles is a plus, but is not required for applying to this position.
- You have a good understanding of the HTTP protocol and how a browser communicate with a website.
- You know how to work daily with a distributed versioning system (preferably Git).
- Knowledge of NoSQL data storage engines is a plus (Redis, Riak, MongoDB).
Position located in Paris, France but also open to English-speaking people willing to relocate.

Product Manager
Mission:
Within the Product Marketing team, you will participate in the design and the development follow-up of our “ad serving” and “tracking” tool: Weborama Campaign Manager (WCM). As a ”product manager”, you will collaborate with the development teams, the “product marketing” and the different Weborama Business units. Your responsibilities will include the:
- Understanding and nailing down the business needs (Fr, Es, Pt, It, Nl, Uk, Ru)
- Building functional and ergonomic specifications
- Ensuring the developments meet expectations
- Building and monitoring the operational road map
- Writing the documentation
- Participating to the definition of WCM evolution
- Ensuring market watch around ad serving / tracking / web analytics tools
Skills:
- Ability to write specifications
- Ability to design mockups
- Developed sensitivity to user experience
- Advanced functional tests knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
Education & experience:
- Bac+5 or equivalence
- Excellent English spoken
- Strong knowledge of the online advertising industry (internet, mobile, connected TV, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of ad serving and web analytics tools
- On line media buying is a plus

Marketing Assistant (intern)
Position:
Member of the Media center in the Marketing and Sales Department, the position of Marketing intern entails several assignments:
Marketing:
- Developing and producing sales offers and sales aids (presentations and sales pitches, business cases, etc.) for the sales force;
- Processing audience and investment data with a view to creating and updating dashboards and sales prospecting tools;
- Processing data for the w.Factory studies, a propietary research tool to help advertisers and media houses manage their brand image on the Net;
- Benchmarking and strategic watch with regard to both Weborama’s business and emerging trends,
- Writing, design and distribution of Weborama emailing campaigns.
Advertising:
- Defining and follow up of Weborama’s advertising strategy with regard to the media and social networks;
- Managing Weborama’s service providers for advertising;
- Ensuring Weborama visibility at special events (conferences, workshops, trade shows, etc.).
Sales Assistant:
- Updating the customer database;
- Handling appointments for the Sales Managers;
- Drafting minutes of the sales meetings;
- Tracking turnover with a view to drafting weekly and/or monthly balance sheets.
Profile:
A graduate of a political science, communication/journalism or business school, you have some professional experience in the e-marketing sector (advertising broker, media agency, service provider, etc.).
With a strong sense for organisation and a global approach, you have a solid background in research as well as excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and energetic, you are particularly interested in the world of Internet and online advertising as well as in new technology and trends. Your naturally curious nature leads you to take the initiative.
An excellent command of spoken and written English is essential.
You are fully versed in the Office Suite. Any experience with ad spend and/or audience software platforms (user and site centric) as well as ad serving tools would be a plus.

- Contract type: internship (6 months).
